My favorite line is when you did the repetition technique for the "I don't know part 3x." it's poetic despite it being literal. :) and the "die" part caught me off guard. XD
Tip:
Have an objective/s first in your mind. This is will give your ideas a sense of direction. Not only for you but for your readers. So that it won't be scattered much.
Ask yourself:
What would be the main focus?
Ex: for my yellow poem
- I want it to be in poetic language, - I want it to talk about missing yellow
- I want it to rhyme
Remember: In poetry, there's no such thing as wrong or right grammar since it's different from my prose. Look at the line is my yellow poem:
It's forevermore locked
Away, it felt grey
It's doesn't fit traditional grammar but what made it better is because away is able to connect with the 1st line and continued to the next line or away can be both of them. Hope this kinda is not confusing. ๐ XD
I kinda understood what you said, well however I wrote it somehow long back, must be me venting out thoughts like bad. Thanks a lot for being my biggest supporter and thanks for teaching this!!, but somehow the last part is confusing, I donโt quite understand it!!

For the last part, this example poem I didnt have the grammar rulesโonly fragmentation.
Look:
"It's forevermore locked
Away, it's grey"
I split "locked away" on purpose.
"Away" connects both sides:
1. locked away = hidden, gone
2. away from its color = only grey left
Fragmentation = splitting something whole into pieces.
I made the words broken, so you feel the break too.
Thats is why when I didn't use the rules in this poem, it became easier to follow the reading. ๐
got it!! understood!!
Oh, is it true you have blue eyes or is it a metaphor? An irrelevant question haha.
yo!! I donโt have blue eyes, it is a metaphor!! do you like this poem?? thanks a lot for reading and commenting!!
The prose* not my prose, sorry.
